About Us
Our chef has been cooking for 20 years and most of our other chefs have been here for more than 20 years. Our third chef has worked in American restaurants and Chinese restaurants; we will have more chefs from other states in the coming weeks and months. Our owners/chefs named this Chinese restaurant as such because they wanted to start the first great citron restaurant in American after working for other restaurants half their lives; we're now the leading "trend" in Chinese food.
